Worldwide Shipping
I ship my handmade leather goods worldwide. Your shipping total is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Delivery Times & Tracking
All international orders are shipped securely via Lithuanian Post and include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email as soon as your package is dispatched. Please notice that the holiday periods (as Christmas time) are very busy for delivery companies, so shipping times may be longer than usual.
Standard delivery times generally take:
Europe: 7–12 business days
USA: 10–21 business days
Rest of the World: 14–24 business days
Baltic states: For local orders within the Baltics, I ship quickly and conveniently through Omniva, LP Express, or DPD parcel lockers.

Returns & Exchanges
I really want you to love your item. If for any reason you aren't completely happy with your order, please reach out to me directly. Whether it means exchanging the piece or issuing a refund, I promise we will find the best solution together.
14-Day Right of Return
In accordance with Lithuanian and EU consumer laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return an item within 14 calendar days from the day your package is delivered, without needing to provide a reason.
Condition: Returned items must be entirely unused, without signs of wear, and in their original condition.
Personalization Exception: Please note that customized or personalized items are legally exempt from the 14-day return rule. Because they are made uniquely for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline: Once the unused item safely arrives back at my studio, your refund (including the original standard shipping cost you paid at checkout) will be issued within 14 days.
Customs and Import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
